Israeli soldiers injured, on Sunday evening, dozens of Palestinians, including a medic in Sheikh Jarrah and Bab al-‘Amoud, and several other areas in the occupied Palestinian capital, Jerusalem.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the soldiers injured nineteen Palestinians in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, and near the Al-Aqsa Mosque while they were leaving the holy site.

It added that the soldiers also shot one of its medics with rubber-coated steel bullets while he was helping wounding Palestinians.

In addition, the soldiers fired concussion grenades and rubber-coated steel bullets at Palestinian ambulance, causing damage.

It is worth mentioning that the soldiers also attacked and injured several Palestinians in the al-Isawiya and the at-Tour tows, in Jerusalem, after they intercepted illegal colonialist settlers who attempted to invade their communities.

The PRCS said its medics provided treatment to one Palestinian who was injured in the head after a colonialist settler hurled a rock at him and added that several Palestinians were also injured at the entrance of the al-Isawiya town.

In addition, protests took place near Bab al-Amoud, Bab as-Sahera, and Sultan Suleiman Street, which links between the two areas, after the soldiers assaulted Palestinians while leaving the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The soldiers also attacked many Palestinians in Sheikh Jarrah, wounding several residents, and abducted a few others.

Furthermore, at least ten Palestinians were injured after the soldiers assaulted them in Bab al-Asbat area, as they were leaving Al-Aqsa Mosque.
