The Israeli police arrested a woman and her Jerusalemite husband Al-Maqdisi after storming their home in Al-Issawiya town on Sunday.
Local sources reported that the woman was arrested under the pretext of her illegal residence in Jerusalem, as she has a West Bank ID.
In another context, the Israeli municipality in Occupied Jerusalem forced the two Jerusalemite brothers, Hassan and Muhammad Jaafara, to demolish their own sheep barn in Jabal Mukaber town, south of Occupied Jerusalem.
The occupation police imposed a curfew on the holy city and issued numerous violation tickets against Jerusalemites for using their car especially near the main Jerusalem checkpoints.
Occupied Jerusalem is witnessing a comprehensive closure that began several days ago and continues for weeks due to Jewish holidays and the outbreak of the corona pandemic.
