he security guard of the illegal settlement of Yitzhar on Sunday evening brutalized and assaulted Palestinian farmers in Asira al-Qibliya town, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.

According to eyewitnesses, Yitzhar’s security guard escorted by soldiers stormed an agirtural area in Asira al-Qibliya, bullied a group of farmers and prevented them from working their lands.

The security guard also physically assaulted one of the farmers and wounded him.

This security guard — called Jacob — is notorious for committing crimes and assaults against the Palestinians in southern Nablus.

Last Friday, a horde of Jewish settlers holding guns stormed Asira al-Qibliya town, but some local residents succeeded in fending them off and forcing them to escape to Yitzhar settlement.
