Empoli: ha dato in in escandescenze e ha poi accusato un malore. E’ spirato in strada
Empoli, 18 gennaio 2019 – Il tunisino morto nella serata di giovedì 17 gennaio a Empoli, durante un controllo di polizia mentre stava dando in escandescenze, avrebbe accusato un malorementre era a terra contenuto dagli agenti, secondo quanto si apprende.
L’episodio è avvenuto in un money transfer di Empoli e sarebbe stato il titolare del locale a chiamare gli agenti. Sempre in base a quanto emerso, l’uomo avrebbe avuto le manette ai polsi. Secondo una prima dinamica, l’uomo sarebbe stato ammanettato con le mani davanti e sarebbe stato messo seduto dagli agenti. Ha iniziato a scalciare e a quel punto un agente gli ha tenuto le gambe per evitare che potesse far male a qualcuno.
Visto lo stato di profonda agitazione, è stato chiamato anche il 118. Proprio all’arrivo del 118 il tunisino è morto, perdendo i sensi in strada. L’uomo ha anche morso i poliziotti, che in nottata sono stati refertati all’ospedale di Empoli.
In queste ore il pm titolare delle indagini, Christine Von Borries, sta ascoltando il personale della polizia, ma sembra anche quello sanitario, intervenuto nelle fasi del controllo per fare luce sulla dinamica dell’episodio. Gli accertamenti su quanto accaduto sono condotti dalla squadra mobile della questura di Firenze.
