Cavallo di battaglia della Lega, ma sostenuto anche dalle opposizioni di centrodestra, il disegno di legge sulla legittima difesa si avvia a diventare legge: dopo l’ok della Camera (ha votato sì anche il M5S, ad eccezione di una fronda di 25 deputati), il testo torna ora “blindato” al Senato per la terza lettura definitiva. Il sì di Palazzo Madama dovrebbe arrivare entro fine marzo. Tra le novità previste: la legittima difesa diventa sempre proporzionata, nonché non è punibile chi agisce per grave turbamento.
