Il colosso farmaceutico Pfizer nel mirino delle autorità italiane.
La Guardia di Finanza, in collaborazione con l’Agenzia delle Entrate, ha avviato una verifica fiscale che è ancora in corso e il cui esito non è definito. Indiscrezioni riportate dall’agenzia Bloomberg dicono che Pfizer avrebbe trasferito 1,2 miliardi di euro di profitti a divisioni in altri Paesi per evitare di pagare le tasse sugli utili.
Secondo quanto riporta l’agenzia Ansa, non c’è ancora verbale di accertamento e alla parte non è ancora stato notificato nulla. Le verifiche proseguiranno nei prossimo giorni. “Pfizer rispetta le leggi fiscali e i regolamenti italiani” ha dichiarato il portavoce della multinazionale, Pam Eisele, parlando di “accertamenti di routine” sui quali Pfizer si dice pronta a collaborare come sempre con le indagini.
